If your hubs are lug centric, the fact that the # AM31233 has a larger pilot diameter won't cause any problem. If you attach your current wheels with lug nuts (and NOT lug bolts) you have a lug centric wheel. However, if you have a hub centric wheel where the wheels are held on with lug bolts, the pilot diameter of your new wheel would need to match that of your old ones.
The # AM31233 wheel/tire combo you mentioned uses a ST175/80-13 tire that's 24 inches in diameter and has a section width of 6.6 inches. The tire is a load range D with a 1660 lb weight rating per tire when properly inflated to 65psi. The wheel has a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern.
I don't have any reference material that would tell me what wheel/tire combo your camper was factory equipped with, so you'll need to ensure that the tires are the same size as those being replaced, that the wheel bolt pattern and pilot diameter (if applicable) is compatible and the tires have a load rating that equals or is greater than the axle capacity of the camper.
I've linked you to an article about trailer tires, I hope you'll find it helpful.
