Yes, as long as the spare tire is the same size, load range (weight rating) and has the matching wheel bolt pattern you can use a bias ply spare to replace a radial main tire for the short distance you'll travel to get the radial repaired or replaced. For example, the 5-on-4-1/2 bias ply # AM31233 can be used as a spare to replace radial # AM31994. You do not want to run the trailer with mixed tires for any substantial distance but to get you to a repair shop it is fine.
