Question:
Hello, I would like to replace both wheels/tires with new on my 1998 Premier brand landscaper trailer. The trailer currently has the original B78 13 ST tires mounted on 4 1/2 J 13 wheels. I would like to replace with fresh wheels mounting Loadstar brand tires but I am okay with Kenda brand tires. What are your thoughts?

I would be happy to help!
To replace your B78 13 tires you will want to go with a 175/80R13 as it is the closest tire size, but there are a few load rating options to consider based on the weight of your trailer when loaded.
I recommend going with either the Loadstar ST175/80D13 Bias Trailer Tire with 13" White Wheel - 5 on 4-1/2 - Load Range C # AM3S140 you were looking at which has a load rating of 1360lbs at 50 PSI, or the # AM31233 which has a load rating of 1610lbs at 65 PSI.
Both of the wheels included in these combinations have the common 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern but you will want to confirm your bolt pattern by measuring your current wheels using the included help article.
If you find you have a different bolt pattern just let me know.
I included videos for both of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
