When you’re hauling gear and need a setup you can trust, the Kenda 4.80-12 Bias Trailer Tire with 12" White Wheel delivers solid performance mile after mile. The bias tire carries a 6-ply rating with a 990-lb maximum load at 90 psi, paired to a steel wheel rated for 1,250 lbs. Both meet DOT specifications for road use, giving you proven reliability at normal highway speeds.
Moisture and salt can quickly ruin unprotected metal, but this 12" x 4" steel wheel holds up against it all. The e-coat base layer and white powder coat finish provide lasting corrosion resistance, so the wheel stays clean and solid even in wet or humid conditions. It’s a durable finish that keeps your trailer looking sharp year after year.
The bias ply design uses thick nylon cords laid at 30–45 degrees and crossed in alternating layers to stiffen the sidewalls. That lets the entire tire flex evenly for a smoother ride and better control when towing over bumps or uneven ground. It’s simple, rugged construction that delivers steady tracking and dependable handling where it counts.
No extra mounting work needed—this combo arrives already assembled and inflated to proper pressure. The wheel’s 4 on 4" bolt pattern, 0 offset, 2.84" pilot diameter, and 1/2"-20 wheel bolts make installation straightforward. The outer diameter measures 20.5" when inflated with a section width of 4.80", so you know exactly what to expect for clearance and fitment.
Kenda backs this tire with a one-year worry-free guarantee—if it’s damaged within the first 12 months, it gets replaced at no charge. That extra coverage means you can roll out knowing your tire is supported from day one.
1. Count the lug holes
Look at the wheel hub or the back of the wheel and count how many lug holes there are(also called bolt holes).
Common configurations include: 4-lug, 5-lug, 6-lug and 8 lug
2a. For even lug counts (4-lug, 6-lug, 8-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole directly across to the center of the hole opposite it.
Common configurations: 4 on 4", 6 on 5.5", 8 on 6.5"
2b. For odd lug counts (5-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole to the outer edge of the hole directly across (not center-to-center since there's no directly opposite hole).
Common configurations: 5 on 4.5" (most popular), 5 on 5", 5 on 4.75", 5 on 5.5"

Fast shipping. Excellent product.
Bought a pair of these to replace a flat, to have a matched set. They come inflated and balanced out of the box, ready to go. They have good tread and have worn well. Of course, the e-trailer price and customer service in helping to pick the right ones were excellent. Highly recommend!
I use these on our Bunkhouse motorcycle camper. It came with 8"wheels. We tow it with our Corvette. I felt sorry for the little 8" wheels and tires flying through Nevada.
The 10 "wheel and tire work perfectly.
I also want to use the little camper towed by our Can Am Renegade 1000 so the new 10" wheel and tires give me a bit more clearance for off-road use.
This company is the very best. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
I've bought trailer hitches, tires, wheels, and camper accessories for our Ambulance RV conversion and not once been disappointed.
Shipping has been lightning fast and they have the best prices around.
etrailer continues to be my"go to" place.
Good looking - high quality wheel and tire. Great shipping and delivery time! I wish all internet transactions were this great!

Excellent - couldnt be more happy with the tires and wheels!
The wheel assemblies arrived quickly and are as represented on website The wheels and tires seem quite nice. I am using them to replace smaller 4.8x8 tires and wheels on my Hot Dog cart making this change will increase ease of moving cart by hand and I believe make highway travel safer over all.

Like the product and service thank you.
After one year, these tires and wheels have exceeded my expectations. They raised the height of my trailer from the old 8" wheels, and gave it a more stable feel when towing. They ride nice on back roads or on the highway.
I can highly recommend these for your trailer tire needs.

Still smooth riding on new wheels. Dozens of trips both local and highway and still solid performance after a year. Worth every penny.
I replaced a set of 4.80 x8 tires and wheels, It raised the trailer about 4". There was enought space between the the tires and fender with out repostioning the fenders. Oonly miles will tell now on the tire quality. Center hole was slighty larger but still lines the holes up easy.

Wheels fit and look good. The rubber on my tires is wearing rather quickly. I put the boat over the scales my last camping trip. It only had 850 lbs on the trailer axle.le. That is about normal, however my tires will e worn out in under 800 miles.
Great product and a major upgrade to the small 8in tires. I got my order in two days which was a big plus.
Very impressed with the wear thus far of this tire. Driven 1300 miles already and it still looks great. Handled up to 65 mph. No problems.
Excellent phone help and a perfect match for what I needed. Fast shipping (MO to AZ in six days) for free with very good tracking.
Thank You!

I have only used the trailer a couple of times, but the wheel/tire assembly works great and still looks like new after a year out in the weather.

After 2 years, I have only about 1000 miles on the tires They still look great, with no noticeable weather damage so far.
The products were just as described. I installed them on a small utility trailer to gain ground clearance when 4 wheeling. I ordered them last Friday and they were shipped free within hours. I received them today (Wednesday), put them on and I couldn't be happier. Perfect fit. Would highly recommend.
Etrailer.com once again came through with good quality tires and rims for a better price than I could find locally. Also local stores only sell Load range B while these are Load Range C. And Free Shipping! Also Etrailer.com has a terrific website, loaded with information to help choose the correct tire/rim/accessories that will fit, no hassle. I bought these 12" tires to replace the 8" ones on a boat trailer. They look great and give me more clearance. All of my trailers use tires and rims from Etrailer. Thanks.
After looking around for a while in all local store for the right tires size for my trailer without any luck a friend send me the link to etrailer and after browsing their website for 2 minutes I found the tires I needed, I ordered them and received them within a week. Tires look exactly as shown on their website and the shipping was free ( purchase over XXX.00 I think. I highly recommend etrailer.
Great wheel and tire. I ordered 3 each, one for a spare.
1 box with one tire came yesterday, the other 2 came today.
I wish they would have came all at once since the tracking number was for the 1 wheel and I was not provided with the other tracking number I did not know if I was getting the whole shipment.
I used them on an old pop up trailer that I converted to haul my dirt bike
Outstanding! Excellent price, Same Brand wheel/Tire combo that I could by Locally, But with etrailer I got 3 for what 2 would cost me locally and I got load C instead of B. Shipping was fast, and free. I added a pic of these wheels mounted on my "work in progress" trailer. Also email updates were a nice personal touch!
I have more confidence and feel safer with the new tires (4.80-12) than the factory tires (4.80-8) installed on my 12 foot boat trailer. I feel that the trailer can be pulled at a higher speed without fear of a blow out which is necessary under certain driving conditions. Delivery of the new tires was super fast from etrailer. Thumbs up.
I bought these tires as a major upgrade from 8" to 12" tires on my 22 year old popup and have traveled cross country and back with a very smooth ride. It required adding another 3" of clearance for the larger tires, which also gave me more ground clearance. I buy all my trailer accessories from etrailer!
Just finished a harbor freight 4 x 8 trailer and turning it into a kayak trailer. Class B tires came with the trailer and I am immediately replacing them with the Kenda Class C 4.80 x 12" from etrailer.com. This gives me a higher speed tire and at least I can "feeL" safer at 65 mph or so if I have to speed a little to go around a car or on the Interstate. Very impressed with these tires and fast shipping received. Here is picture of trailer.

My Kenya tires still going strong 1 year later. I have about 3000 miles on the tires with most trips at 60-70 mph. I have repacked my wheel bearings at 1500 miles just because I like to err on the safe side. No flats, no problems - Highly recommend.
I upgraded from the smaller Class B wheels to these class C for possibly better highway behavior. I ran on the old ones for 10+ years, and used them on the highway plenty of times. But I haven't seen any other trailers on the road with the smaller ones. It will be interesting to see if I can tell the difference with these larger wheels.
The new wheels came when expected and were easy to swap in. Had to get higher hitch for the car (to keep the trailer level).
The customer service, prices and shipping time are great. Very good company. I really appreciate the prompt replies and transparency.
They were an exact replacement of the old trailer tires and look great.

A year later, and still going strong. Tires are still true, paint is good on the rims. Havent even had to add air to tires that often. Highly recommend!
