You'll want the size 4.80-12 since that is what is listed on your tire sidewall. The other size mentioned basically is another way of stating the same size.

For a wheel an tire in this size I recommend the Taskmaster Wheel and Tire # TA98RR which is a radial tire in this size with a higher speed rating of 81 mph on a steel wheel with a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern (which you most likely have). It has a great weight capacity of 990 lbs at 90 psi as well.

Thanks for the info but Current wheels has four lug nut holes.

In that case we have the similar 4 lug version of this wheel and tire with part # AM30620 .
