When I ordered the jack I thought that a handle would have come with it. I don’t know if I overlooked that the handle wasn’t included or it wasn’t represented well in the ad. I called to find out why the jack was missing the handle and was told all I ordered was the jack itself. I asked about ordering the handle while on the phone with the rep and was told there was over a 6 month back order for them.
Jacks arrived in one piece...luckily. Scratched and dinged up but they'll be functional.
As per usual, etrailer's shipping and packaging is an absolute joke. Literally laughable. Arrived later than advertised. Boxes were torn on both ends. 4x4 steel jack in a 16x16 box with one piece of "packing paper". Surely they have to know how inadequate this is and they just gamble on UPS/Fedex delivering their products on a velvet pillow.
I'll just be thankful that they only have scratches and scrapes rather than bent footplates and sidewinder arms.
The product appears to be well constructed. I installed on small stock trailer we use to haul horses and seems to be working fine. The base plate was slightly bent during shipment but should not effect performance.

no problem. good product
This has the spring jack that works great. It cranks with one hand on a fully loaded trailer. Was a bit narrower than the original jack I took off my 30 yr old 4 star livestock trailer but I made it work.
Highly recommend for the price. At first it did seem a bit chincy but looks as it will hold up well

The price I thought was good for what I needed but what show up it was a hell of a price . They called me to check on my order , it arrived in three days free shipping . It was twice the jack I needed , but it was exactly what I ordered i could not use it. So they sent me a return label and gave me my refund awesome job guys.

`I'm resurrecting an old goose-neck trailer and the landing leg on it was rusted so bad I had to cut it off. So this one is a replacement. I always like the service I get from E-Trailer and the great inventory and prices. Thanks again
This is the best jack I have ever bought. My wife has left the jack extended after lifting the foot up and caught it on a hidden stump hard enough to stop the truck instantly and I was prepared for the worst when I went to look at it but there was no damage and it continues to be a great product. I will definitely buy from them again.
Shipping could have been more prompt. I placed the order on Wed.,the item was not shipped until the following Monday.Other than that the jack seems to be satisfactory.

it is the direct replacement for my pj trailer. everything went as planed. good stuff.
Cheaply built.
received in a oversize box with no packing looked like it had been in at least two crashes on its way here maybe a tornado, no stickers looked like a cheaper replacement very loose construction

It does the job but its starting to show rust after a year of being installed.
This jack has a nice finish, I haven't installed it yet but it should work jjust fine.
