I use my boat trailer in salt water and I had the Titan 225 calipers, which didn't last long and cannot be rebuilt. I replaced with Kodiak 225 Calipers that can be rebuilt. However, The Caliper mounting brackets are not compatible so I replaced them with the Kodiak brackets. Now for the Salt Water test.

    The caliper bracket you are looking for is the Replacement Mounting Bracket # KCMB12D which is compatible with the 5 bolt mounting flange you have as well as the 225 Kodiak Dacromet calipers you have as well.   • Why Were The Kodiak 204 Calipers and Pads Discontinued?
    I wish I had a good answer for you, but since Kodiak was bought out by Dexter it seems they discontinued the 204 caliper in favor of using the 225 calipers. They both worked on 3500lb axles but the 225 was also able to be used on larger axles up to 6000lbs. You can replace your 204 calipers with the 225 using mounting bracket # KCMB10RD if you have 3500lb axles, or # KCMB12D if you have 5200-6000lb axles. You will then need the new calipers # KDBC225DAC and pads # K225CP. I included videos...

    We do have the stainless steel replacement caliper bracket you are wanting with part # KCMB12S, or for Dacromet we have part # KCMB12D. Stainless steel is the best in terms of corrosion resistance but Dacromet does a great job as well. If you will be in saltwater I would highly recommend stainless.
