Question:

Why is a product that is less than 5 yrs old not available ??? 204 Kodiak disc brake caliper…or pads for them. Any answers?? I know you have no authority over your suppliers but this seems extreme!!???

I wish I had a good answer for you, but since Kodiak was bought out by Dexter it seems they discontinued the 204 caliper in favor of using the 225 calipers. They both worked on 3500lb axles but the 225 was also able to be used on larger axles up to 6000lbs.

You can replace your 204 calipers with the 225 using mounting bracket # KCMB10RD if you have 3500lb axles, or # KCMB12D if you have 5200-6000lb axles. You will then need the new calipers # KDBC225DAC and pads # K225CP.
