This hitch is ready for real work. It’s rated for 6,000 lbs gross trailer weight and 900 lbs tongue weight, or up to 8,000 lbs GTW when used with a weight distribution system. You don’t need special tools or a lift to get this hitch mounted. It bolts directly to the frame using existing holes, so there’s no drilling or welding involved. I also have a 2015 XLE. Did you have it on a rack or did you crawl underneath?Did you need to use torque wrenches or were good standard socket wrenches okay?Did all the attachment bolts come with the kit?

A year later and the hitch is rock solid. I have used it several times this year and it is as expected. Install following directions and you should be good. Highly recommend.
