We honestly ship thousands of orders with free shipping everyday. Yes, orders that have express shipping will have priority in our warehouse. I think that is true no matter who you are ordering from. Especially during busy summer months. We have opened new warehouses so that we can ship everyones orders as quickly as possible.

I know that it can be frustrating when you are needing to have the rack quickly to go on a trip. I will say that orders that have express shipping will ship a few days sooner from our warehouse, especially during our busy summer months. We have opened new warehouses this year with added staff to help.
