Just wondering if there is a Yakima tower that works with a Toyota Sequoia 2023+.. Seems that Timberline is often suggested, but Yakima does not have this listed.

I believe you are mistaken. The 3rd gen Sequoias have flush rails and I don't think these will fot. Unfortunately, the mainstream rack makers (Yakima/Thule/etc) don't seem interested in finding a solution for them. I've been looking for weeks :(
