The best option to transport a bike with your 2016 Lexus GSF is going to be to install a roof rack and attach a bike rack. The trunk mounted ones like item # SA805BL have mixed results and won't work with cars with spoilers. It doesn't look like your Lexus has any rails so to add a roof rack you will need the following parts:
Yakima JetStream Crossbars - Aluminum - Black - 50" Long - Qty 2 item # Y00425
BaseLine Towers for Yakima Crossbars - Naked Roofs - Qty 4 item # Y28TR
BaseClip Fit Kit for Yakima BaseLine Roof Rack Towers - Qty 2 item # Y06175
BaseClip Fit Kit for Yakima BaseLine Roof Rack Towers - Qty 2 item # Y06160
This aero bar roof rack system has a 165 lbs capacity. The rubber SmartFill strips in the T-slots allow for easy installation of channel-mounted accessories.
Then for a bike rack, I recommend the Yakima HighRoad Roof Bike Rack item # Y68DJ as long as your bikes don't have fenders. The HighRoad has a 45 lbs capacity and fits bikes with tires up to 4" wide. It has pivoting wheel hoops that hold your bike by the front tire so you don't have to worry about removing the wheel.
A great perk of Yakima's products is you can buy larger lock core kits like the 6 item # Y07206 have the roof rack and the Yakima HighRoad item # Y02114 all controlled by the same key.

Hi Jerred, Thanks for the information! Additionally, I was wondering if the roof racks are also a good fit for installing/removing for each use? I’m thinking about installing them when I need to travel to an event, then remove them once I get home. Events are usually spaced out by a few weeks for me, so I’m just curious. Thanks, Michael
