The Yakima roof rack you referenced part numbers # Y00408, # Y28TR, # Y03536, and # Y06148 is a confirmed fit for your 2017 Honda Accord sedan and would be an excellent option for carrying a roof cargo box. Then for a cargo box the Thule Force part # TH6357B would fit this rack and work great. I attached a review video for this box installed on a similar sized vehicle as your Accord sedan.
I really like the Thule roof racks and cargo baskets as they are very well made, easy to use, and very reliable.
