This setup turns a flat surface into a versatile cargo platform. The Yakima Aero Bar Roof Rack includes two black JetStream crossbars that hold up to 165 lbs, giving you plenty of strength for bikes, boats, or cargo boxes. The system uses tracks with C-channels and SkyLine towers, so you can fine-tune the bar placement to balance your load. With aluminum construction throughout, it stays lightweight but tough and rustproof for years of use outdoors.
When you’re hauling gear down the highway, loud wind noise can take away from the ride. These 70" JetStream aero crossbars are shaped to help control airflow and cut down drag and noise. The rubber strips in the channels cushion your gear, stop slip, and seal out dirt so your setup stays quieter and cleaner through long drives.
The included 60" tracks mount securely using T-bolts for a solid foundation. Once installed, the SkyLine towers slide into the track channels to create mounting points that can be adjusted to fit your gear layout. Each tower can be pitched up to 6 degrees forward or backward to level the bars—handy when dealing with uneven roof surfaces or specific gear setups.
Yakima designed this kit so it feels complete once mounted. Endcaps finish off both the bars and tracks for a clean look, while snap-on covers protect the Landing Pads when the rack isn’t in use. If you want extra security, you can add Yakima Same Key System (SKS) lock cores—sold separately—to keep the towers locked in place when you’re away from your setup.
