I do not have any rails on my LE Highlander seems to be hooked on to the brackets not bolted

I confirmed with Yakima that mounting points that are on your bare roof of your 2020 Toyota Highlander will fit a roof rack system. After you pop off the tab that covers the mounting points, there is a screw that you will use to attach a roof rack system. I went ahead and attached a video that shows how you would attach a Yakima roof rack system on the 2020 Toyota Highlander. For the parts you need for that setup, you will need the following parts:

- BaseLine Towers for Yakima Crossbars - Naked Roofs - Qty 4 # Y28TR
- BaseClip Fit Kit for Yakima BaseLine Roof Rack Towers - Qty 2 # Y06153
- BaseClip Fit Kit for Yakima BaseLine Roof Rack Towers - Qty 2 # Y06132
- (optional for extra security) Yakima Same-Key Lock Cores # Y07202

With the above roof rack system, you will be able to transport accessories on your 2020 Toyota Highlander.

Hello Bob, I have an Highlander 2022 LE as well. The parts list you showed seems to be for a naked roof with the base clip that goes to the doors. Is there a base clip that can be hooked to my fixed bracket? The original Toyota bars do have a hook that attaches to the brackets. Or can I unscrew these brackets and use the bolt holes to attach a new baseclip? Thanks

@Guillaume Hey Guillaume, it sounds like you have raised rails so you can actually use the Yakima SkyLine Roof Rack for Fixed Mounting Points # Y99TB. This rack will clamp on to your current rails and are going to be those same bars Bob mentioned above.
