This setup includes everything needed to mount a Yakima system on a naked roof—2 RoundBars, 4 BaseLine towers, 4 adapters, and a custom fit kit. It’s a full system designed for straightforward installation and reliable performance wherever you’re headed.
Whether it’s a kayak cradle, ski rack, or cargo basket, these round crossbars are ready to pair with gear that clamps around the bars. That means you can mix and match attachments easily using the carriers you already own. It’s a flexible platform for weekend adventures or long-distance trips, so your setup can change as often as your plans do.
You can add Yakima Same Key System (SKS) lock cores (sold separately) to deter theft of the rack itself. With this option installed, you can lock the towers and keep your crossbars secured when parked overnight or stopping along the way. It’s an extra layer of peace of mind for your rack system.

Still an outstanding product.

I left the end caps off and the rust issue I had with previous bars is no longer a problem since water is not trapped in the bars.
