Replacement Roof Rack For 2004 Toyota Matrix Which Has Obsolete Whispbar Cross Bars

I am trying to find replacement footinch covers for my Whispbar Flush Bar GB S4W bars. I bought them in 2013 for my 2004 Toyota Matrix, and the soft, foamy cover on the feet has disintegrated. Can you suggest a replacement? The piece Im missing is 11-04-216 in the illustration attached bottom row, second from left.
