This roof rack has a weight limit of 165 lbs. The JetStream crossbars are elliptical in shape to help reduce wind noise and aid in fuel efficiency. These crossbars have t-channels, so you can use your traditional clamping roof rack accessories and channel mounted roof rack accessories. The BaseLine Towers work in conjunction with the BaseClips to clamp to the frame of your vehicle underneath your vehicle's doors. The only additional part I would recommend is the Yakima Same Key System (SKS) Lock Cores. When you add these to your roof rack you can secure the rack to your vehicle.
