Some of the welds looked a little rough and there was quite a bit of spatter on the tube, but with that said, there's no way you'll find a better value for the money. Since I had to weld the hitch on anyways, I cleaned the spatter off with a flap wheel and went over the welds I wasn't happy with. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another one.
the picture on the internet for this item shows 2 jam bolts before you hit purchase. then after you hit purchase it shows a single bolt. im not sure what we received yet. but its confusing. other than that great service.
