Looking for a 4.5 od straight gooseneck coupler

We have the Ram Gooseneck Coupler w/ Load Bearing Pin # GCPN-25008 which is a round option or the Ram Gooseneck Coupler w/ Load Bearing Pin # GCSQ-25008 which is a square option. Both come with the inner tube as well as an outer tube with a 4-1/2" outer diameter so you just need to choose the correct style.
If you're looking for an inner tube that has a 4-1/2" diameter than you're looking to make a custom order to one of the gooseneck coupler manufacturers as that's not a standard size.

Hey Jay, did one of those Ram gooseneck couplers end up fitting your setup? Knowing which option worked could really help others trying to match a 4.5-inch outer diameter coupler.
