In regards to the Ram Gooseneck Coupler part # GCSQ-25008, the main things you need to know are the size and weight capacity. The outer tube which gets welded to the tongue of the trailer is 4-1/2" x 4-1/2". The inner tube which is what slides in and out of the outer tube to adjust height and houses the coupler, measures 4" x 4". The weight capacity is 25,000 lbs. I have also attached for you below a few other dimensions you may find useful.

Range of vertical adjustment: 8"
Height:
Retracted: 32"
Extended: 40"
Inner tube wall thickness: 0.24"
Hole spacing: 2-11/16" from center of hole to center of hole
