The 5th wheel trailer coupler adapter works very well. It's strong, solid, and we'll made. Highly recommend!
Fit and function is great. Item is as described. I’m completely disappointed in the finish quality. They didn’t even bother to remove any welding soot nor splatter and definitely no paint. Hitch is covered in surface rust. The welds were burned in hot but did not wrap the gussets left holes in ones corner and a
large weld droplet. No pride taken in the work. Packaging was poor with multiple holes torn in the oversized box with on piece of packaging paper that was supposed to protect this 40 pound hitch.
Well built but I had to spend 1 hour grinding off all the sharp corners and cleaning up weld spatter.
Very satisfied with this purchase
Customer service was outstanding and shipping was spot on. Would certainly recommend. Will order again on future orders.

These Coupler adapters are bare metal. Since there is no coating, it is susceptible to rusting. You can clean off the rust by using some vinegar and coating the hitch generously. Then you can ball up some aluminum foil and begin scrubbing the hitch ball. This will scrape off any rust and polish the material. Once you have that cleaned off, then you can use a rust oleum type of paint to cover the adapter to prevent any future rust issues.

The goose neck to 5th wheel hitch is well made. The problem it solves for me is I do not have to change hitches on my truck for we pull a 5th wheel camper all so. I will be using it on a 20 foot flat bed trailer. Had a problem with the order called customer service and it was taken care of right a way.Very friendly people to deal with.

It is working very well
Good service
It fit as designed. But it would have been nice if the company that made it cared about looks as much as they do function. Mine had welding splatter and welding wire still hanging off it.
We've put over 70k miles on the trailer since installing the 5th wheel neck. No issues ever, great fit. We put a small amount of grease on ball at connection, to keep everything nice and lubed. I recommend the hitch, and have always been very pleased with Etrailer.com
I've been a customer of etrailer for several years now and have always been pleased with their excellent products and service. I recently purchased a gooseneck to fifth wheel square steel trailer coupler inner tube adapter rated at 30,000 lbs and am very pleased with it's quality and received it within a few days of my order and imediately put the adapter to use.

Got it sooner than expected
Service was excellent! Sheryl got measurements of how heavily made the adapter is. She made sure it was shipped promptly,(shipped within 1 hour of ordering) I needed it 2nd day air and it arrived as promised. As to the adapter itself, if you haul commercially I recommend this over the Bull Dog of similar rating. The metal of the foot and the attachment of the pin are heavier and better fabricated. I had a Bull Dog fail while loaded.
I bought this gooseneck to fifth wheel hitch to make easier hook up and not have to change hitch on truck. I have already installed it sure makes hooking trailer easier and pulling the trailer is more reactive than before. I am totally happy with the product.
fit PERFRCTLLY AND WAS AS DESCRIBED.
Worked as advertised howler on our trailer we had to shorten the adapter by 5 inches to get out trailer to the right height. Works great!
Excellent quality of materials and welding! Braces were a great feature! The holes are too small and will have to be drilled out before I can use the hitch!
Shipping was faster than they predicted and I like that as a business owner. The part does come as they say bare metal but with about an hour of a grinder and some paint, it turned out pretty good. The welds look professional and beefy and should last the lifetime of my 40ft flat deck trailer.
