Question:
I want to order a new actuator for my 25 foot boat that has disc brakes, but the acruator I need has an electric lockout on it, is it possible just to remove the electric lockout from the actuator and screw my brake line into the master cylinder. When my was purchased new it did not come with an electric acuator from heritage trailer. Thank you

An electric reverse lockout solenoid like Titan # T4748800 is included in their disc brake actuator/coupler # T4750820 which you referenced. Electric lockouts can be retro-fitted to a compatible coupler; they can also be removed if you wanted to eliminate the reverse lockout feature.
Titan actuator/coupler # T4750820 that you referenced fits a 3-inch-wide trailer tongue, includes a breakaway kit and bolts on to your trailer tongue.
If you prefer a disc brake actuator/coupler without a reverse lockout you can use the linked page to see all such items like bolt-on Titan coupler # T4750800.
