Hey Kenny, thanks for getting in touch. Our best option for replacing your tie down model 125 is the Titan Zinc-Plated Brake Actuator part # T4750800. The Titan coupler is rated for 12,500 lbs just like the Tie Down and it uses a 2-5/16" hitch ball. It is also rated for use on disc brakes. If the current actuator has a lockout feature and you want to add that to the new one just use part # T4750820.
As far as the calipers, it is hard to confirm fitment without knowing exactly what model of caliper you have. We have heard the Kodiak Disc Brake Caliper # KDBC225DAC will replace a few of the older Tie Down calipers like the 46304 for example. As long as your axles are rated between 3,500 and 6,000 lbs this SHOULD work for you. Sometimes we do run into issues when mixing brands with the calipers and rotors though. In this case the only solution is to replace your calipers and rotors with something like the Kodiak Disc Brakes # KOD87FR which is for a standard 3,500 lb axle.
