We can definitely get you started with parts for your Magic Tilt Trailer, but we will need some additional information to complete your parts list.
We can start with a coupler. Since your boat trailer will not exceed 10,260 lbs, I recommend looking at a coupler like the Titan Zinc-Plated Brake Actuator for Disc Brakes, # T4750620. This coupler has a 3 inch drop like the coupler you referenced, but it has a 12,500 lb weight capacity which is closer to the weight of your trailer. Using a coupler with a significantly higher weight capacity could result in poor braking. This coupler can be bolted onto a 3 inch wide channel tongue and also comes with a protective shield in case you add an electric lockout solenoid valve, # T4748800. The solenoid valve will allow you to back up your trailer without actuating the brakes.
If you do not need a coupler with a drop, then you could use the Titan Brake Actuator, # T4750800.
Next, you will need brake lines. For this, you can use the Tandem Axle Hydraulic Brake Line Kit, # 9579-2, with the Hydraulic Line Kit for a 3rd Axle, # 9579-01. These kits should provide plenty of brake line for all three axles.
The last part that you will need are the disc brakes. To determine which disc brakes will work best for you, we will need to know what type of disc brakes you are using or want to use. We offer hub/rotor assemblies or rotors that slide over your existing hubs.
If you want the hub/rotor assembly, I will need to know the part numbers of your bearings and grease seal. The part numbers will be stamped into the metal of the bearing and in the rubber of the grease seal. If you cannot find the part numbers of the bearings or grease seal, you can take some measurements of your spindle. I have attached a photo that shows where the part numbers can be found and where to measure on your spindle. Your spindle measurements must be exact, so I recommend using a precise measuring tool such as a dial caliper to take the measurements.
If you want the rotors that fit over an existing hub, I will need to know the bolt pattern of your existing hubs to ensure you get rotors that will fit.
I have attached an FAQ article on parts needed to add hydraulic disc brakes for you to check out.
