It sounds like you're having trouble finding baseplates that will fit your 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited because of a custom Poison Spyder front bumper so you can flat tow it. Well I've got good news for you because we carry D-ring adapters that fit the 3/4 inch shackle mounts on your bumper. They're part # RM-035 and are compatible with Roadmaster tow bars.
For a Roadmaster tow bar I recommend the Falcon 2 # RM-520. It's our most popular tow and is very reliable. For safety cables you can use # RM-643.
If you don't want to use the adapters another option are the Blue Ox Universal Bolt-On Adapter Tabs # BX88266. These connect directly to Blue Ox tow bars, but if you need them there are adapters available to use other tow bars, part # BX88151.
To power your Jeep's lights while towing it you can use the Roadmaster Diode Kit # RM-15267. You'll also need a Brake Light Relay # RM-88400 to prevent the Jeep's brake signals from overriding the turn signals of your RV. I've attached install videos of both of these for you.
Most states require a supplemental braking system in vehicles being flat towed. The easiest system we carry to install and use is the Blue Ox Patriot # BLU37TR. The Patriot activates your Jeep's brakes at the same time and with the same intensity as you are applying them in your RV. This will require a 12 Volt Outlet Kit # RM-9332 to power. I've also included videos on both of these for you.
Finally, you'll likely need a high-low adapter. This will keep your tow bar level with the connection on your Jeep. I've linked our selection so you can choose the correct adapter. There's also a help article to help you determine the correct rise or drop that you need. As well as some other articles that may be helpful to you.
