I ordered a hitch and wiring kit for my 2010 Kia soul.ordering was easy and it was delivered when they said it would .got in my shop that evening and installed both on my car .it was easy and really didn't take that long and saved me a bunch of money .if I would have bought it locally it would have cost me several hundred dollars more.good prices
It is on the vehicle but haven't used it yet. Will be using it his spring to haul a small trailer home
The video on etrailer was extremely helpful in deciding width and length of the draw bar I needed. Turns out to be perfect. I ordered after 7pm and received notice that the item shipped within 3 hours, so needless to say the care, attention, fast shipping and reasonable prices makes etrailer second to none.
I ordered this ball mount with the recommendation based on vehicle application. I found it to be an accurate fit with just the right amount of rise to level my trailer. After a year of winter salt spray the finish still looks great!

I bought a Curt trailer hitch for my 2005 Chrysler Town and Country minivan, with Stow and Go seating. I spoke with Kevin from etrailer.com who was very helpful and confirmed the part numbers for the hitch, wiring harness, and drawbar, and took my order. They arrived at my house on the next day.
The parts arrived in two boxes - one large box for the hitch, the other smaller box for the wiring harness and drawbar. The parts were all there, and correct, with installation instructions included. I spent about an hour installing the hitch itself, including jacking up the rear of the van to gain access to the underside, installing the hitch, and letting the car down. The instructions were spot-on. The wiring took less than an hour. I cleaned up and waxed the area behind the tailights, and routed the wiring carefully. The wiring was a perfect fit. Again, the instructions helped considerably.
The free shipping was a selling factor, plus their lowest price pledge saved me a little over $30.00. I am glad I decided to purchase the hitch and accessories from etrailer.com.
My second Curt hitch. I like the appearance of the round tubular hitch. Service reliable and delivery quick. The only shortfall on the instructions was that it was not clear which holes in the frame got the bolts that were fished in, and of course I got it wrong the first time. I had to remove both bolts to reinstall in holes farther forward. Otherwise, fine product and instructions.
The hitch, ball mount pin, clip and wiring kit were all perfect for my vechicle and good quality products. The free shipment was very fast. The phone conversation was courteous and helpfu. I am very satisfied with the entire process.

Got my two orders, a trailer hitch, draw bar, pin and ball, didn't order all the 1st time. It was easy to find everything I needed on the site. The videos that showed how to install the hitch and wiring on my particular vehicle were to the point and easy to follow. at least one tip the guy gave, was to get yourself some extra zip ties, which I did and found it to be a great tip, (don't remember if he mentioned length, but I got some 8 or 10" and at a couple points it made it easier, It may have something to do with my age). Without the videos, I most likely wouldn't have tried to install any of it myself, it took me about 6 hours or so with breaks here and there but I am very satisfied. would add pictures but not at all tech savvy, have everything I need, just can't get them on there. Thanks all at etrailer for making something I put off for a long time, easy. Thanks again! R.R.
Everything was great and it was a quick delivery. Unfortunately. I was expecting a hitch pin but it was not included.
I bought this riser to level out my trailer to get rid of some trailer sway issues i was having. However it fit so loose that even with nothing on the trailer it was all over the place and scary. My trailer did not do this before at all. I got some composite shims and jamed them in there on 3 sides. Then managed to find a way to keep them in place...it worked but was a lot of cussing and swearing to finally get it to work....but since then its been good...product is 2 star...added a star for shipping time.
Product comes basically unusable due to a lazy omission of the pin needed to connect the hitch receiver and tongue. This part must be purchased separately from an outside source if the absence is not realized in time, rendering the entire experience troublesome and inconvenient. Customer service is defensive and unable to convey empathy or remorse for customer dissatisfaction. Would strongly discourage future customers from considering this company.

The pin and clip is sold separately as part F-4, as stated in the product description.
Easy installation. Helps to have two people, however, I installed it alone with the help of jack stands. I highly recommend the Curt receiver. I have another Curt receiver on my 2011 Honda Accord that I also purchased from etrailer.com.
I just finished hauling a load of bush and tree trimmings to the dump with my utility trailer. Attached is a close up photo of the receiver in use.

The bar has a 3-7/8" rise NOT a 3-1/8" rise as described on the website. I tried emailing and calling customer service several days and never got a response. I wanted to know if the 3-1/8" was a typo, if there was a 3 1/8" available or if I could use a 3-7/8" rise bar. Customer service was non-existent.

I would give five stars but due to what looks like packaging problems the hitch came very marred and the coating chipping off.
Works great. Bought a hitch ball separately because the one that was recommended is not compatible.
Didnt come with a hitch pin and neither did the hitch receiver.
