I ordered a 10 drop ball mount, a wheel chock to hold my motorcycle and a master lock ball lock to use when the trailer is parked. I am very happy with the purchase, the ball mount and the wheel chock have good looking welds and they are power coated, the security lock is polished stainless. I am real happy with my purchase. the sales person, ( Karen in this case ) was knowledgable on the products, I qualified for free shipping, was given an email and tracking number, so I knew at all times were my shipment was in route. The products were packages well with no damage and UPS did an outstanding job of meet their stated schedule for delivery, out standing. The purchase and delivery proves to me American Business can excel and they really did with my order.160507

The products I purchased are of good quality and the 10" drop ball mount was exactly as advertised. The only problem I have is with the amount of dimension information provided on your website for the sway control bracket that did not fit on the ball mount itself. Your website states that the ball mount is a class III mount and that the sway control bracket would fit on class III and class IV mounts when in fact it does not. Other than that I am satisfied with the quality, cost and delivery of my products. 554928

Working out great!

This replaces an adjustable hitch that rattled, clattered, and banged so much it drove me crazy. I use this to pull small trailers with astronomical equipment in them, with the old hitch the trailers would swing side to side enough the items inside the trailer would shift position and rub on other items. 407239

Got the help I needed (from Gwen) to identify and confirm my understanding of what I needed (receiver hitch with a 10 inch drop) and then placing the order. I recently bought a new Subaru Ascent and it had a class three hitch and a high ground clearance as compared to my old Honda Pilot. I needed to drop the ball 10 inches to tow my boat. I have put this hitch through torture from pulling heavy loads to snatching and pulling friends out of bad situations . I can't bend or break this hitch , best money I ever spent .499247
