Today we'll be reviewing part number C45520. This is the Curt Class 2 draw bar with a 3 1/8 inch rise, 9 1/4 inches long rated at 3,500 pounds. This is made from a sturdy steel construction. It's also corrosion resistant with a black gloss powder coat finish. It has a high quality manufacturing process. It's CNC machined for strong consistent cuts and welds, and it goes through a seven stage washing method that delivers smooth clean surfacing. Keep in mind that when using this product the draw bar can be used in the rise position only so that's in this position here.

This part would slide into the receiver tube of your hitch. You would line up your pin hole and then you'd need to secure it with a 1/2 inch pin or clip, or hitch pin and lock. This is designed to fit 1 1/4 inch by 1 1/4inch trailer hitch receiver. The shank here at the back is a nice solid shank. The only hollow point is here where your hitch pin and clip would go.

This has a gross towing weight of 3,500 pounds with a maximum tongue weight capacity of 350 pounds. This product gives us a ball hole diameter of 3/4 inch. The measurement from the center of our hitch pin hole to the center of the ball hole measures 9 1/4 inches.
