You're looking for the Tekonsha # 118572 which is a confirmed fit on the 2015 VW Jetta TDI. This harness will tee into the existing vehicle lights to provide you with a 4 way connector for your trailer. If you also need a ball mount and hitch ball, I recommend using the Curt Ball Mount # C45520 and either the # C40018 (2" ball) or # C40001 (1-7/8") depending on the trailer coupler you're towing.
