This combo is made to handle real towing loads without worry. The Kenda Loadstar 5.30-12 bias tire carries up to 1,045 lbs at 80 psi and is matched to a steel wheel rated for 1,250 lbs. Its 6-ply construction and 65-mph speed rating mean it’s ready for steady highway runs or frequent trips with heavier gear. Both tire and wheel meet Department of Transportation specs for safety and reliability.
The bias-ply construction uses thick nylon cords laid at a 30- to 45-degree angle in alternating layers. That crisscross pattern stiffens the sidewalls so the entire tire flexes together, keeping handling predictable and smooth even when you’re rolling over uneven surfaces. It’s a simple, proven design that holds up well under real-world use.
Corrosion doesn’t stand a chance here. The steel wheel by Dexstar resists rust with a two-layer finish—an e-coat primer followed by a durable white powder coat. That protective coating seals out moisture, road salt, and grime, keeping the wheel looking clean and solid season after season.
The wheel’s beveled stud holes are cut to keep it snug against the trailer hub. That design helps prevent loosening over time, so you won’t be constantly checking or retorquing lug nuts after every trip. It’s a small feature that makes a real difference in long-term reliability.
No need for a tire shop stop—this setup comes already mounted and properly inflated so you can bolt it on and go. The wheel’s common 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern, 3.19" pilot diameter, and 0 offset make fitment straightforward for most standard hubs. Section width is 5.6" with an outer diameter of 21.9" when inflated, giving you clear specs before installation.
1. Count the lug holes
Look at the wheel hub or the back of the wheel and count how many lug holes there are(also called bolt holes).
Common configurations include: 4-lug, 5-lug, 6-lug and 8 lug
2a. For even lug counts (4-lug, 6-lug, 8-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole directly across to the center of the hole opposite it.
Common configurations: 4 on 4", 6 on 5.5", 8 on 6.5"
2b. For odd lug counts (5-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole to the outer edge of the hole directly across (not center-to-center since there's no directly opposite hole).
Common configurations: 5 on 4.5" (most popular), 5 on 5", 5 on 4.75", 5 on 5.5"

Another year, another 2000 miles on these tires and they still look brand new! Tread is a little worn, but no more than expected but the tires are still in great shape.

Put about 2000 miles on these tires in the last year under my Coleman Taos pop-up trailer. They handle great, hold pressure, and have not shown any signs of deterioration. The red white and blue pin striping on the rim is awesome too!

Happy to report that i have put another 1000 miles on these tires and they are still holding up great!I am getting ready for the 2018 camping season and have no reason to believe these will not make it all the way through the summer.

These wheels and tires are great. They came aired up (checked pressure and both were perfect), no scratches on the wheels and they came with the upgrade valve stems. Better than what came on the trailer originally.

I trailer my boat on gravel roads in northern Minnesota to my favorite fishing lakes. After one year of usage these tires are still holding up to the difficult terrain. In the past with other tire brands, I would typically have to start plugging holes in the tires or replace them by mid-summer but I haven’t had any issues with these yet.
So, after one year, I’m very pleased with these after previously trying trailer tires from at least three other tire manufacturers.

Wow, almost one year later, both tires failed within 3-days of one another. I got around two years on these tires and this was much improved over the previous tires I tried. I recommend these tires but Im trying a slightly larger 10-ply tire with a load range of D or E for the next set.
High quality tires and wheels, great price, incredible customer service. Since the tires are mounted, installation was easy and etrailer filled the order so quickly I had these installed on my trailer before most companies would have managed to fulfill the order, much less ship it. etrailer.com was exceptionally good.

It all performed admirably last summer. Impressively the tires have stayed fully inflated all winter. Good stuff, fast and fairly priced!
I searched many web sites and I could not find a better price on new tires and wheels than what etrailer.com offered. I ordered the tires on a Saturday and they arrived on Wednesday, just 4 days shipping. The local tire shops could not even come close to this price with tires only. I am very happy with my purchase.

I have had these tires now for 1 year and we have made around 8 trips with our pop-up camper. So far the tires have worked great with no problems.
Bought a Haulin trailer at a yard sale needing some bed work, hitch repair and tires. Doing the bed work and hitch repair was easy; finding new tires locally reasonably priced was not. Got on your internet sight and found just the size I needed and with new rims which was a big plus! Order and delivery was great - with free shipping! Tires and rims quality are great also. Kenda Loadstar 5.30-12 Bias tire,LR C, with White Rim: Tires arrived in excellent boxes, on time. I was excited to see the tires were in good shape upon arrival. I cleaned them up, applied 303 on the whole rim and tire. An excellent choice of tire for my fishing trlr. These tire are a high speed tire, wider than the 4.80 tire and will wear very good in the desert heat. I ordered 3 tires, I won't have to worry about a flat for years to come. This is my second time I purchased tires from e-trailer, they have a vast line of products with good prices ,thanks e-trailer, I will return again.
I have had use of one of the two tires I purchased at the same time since then and it is working perfectly. The rim is a little rusty but solid otherwise. It was worth the price as I shopped around for several days for them and the best price with shipping. Thank you!

After purchasing, and installation of the 2 Kenda 5.30-12 Tire W/12 White Wheels, 2 perfect fits, for my 1998 Tracker Trail Star boat trailer.I purchased these tires for my boat trailer because the tires on the trailer had small cracks due to the sun exposure. The boat is 16’2’’, and has a combined weight of about 1,380 lbs. The tires were very easy to mount, the ride while traveling on the interstate to the lake was smooth, and the handling on the boat trailer felt well secure at a high speed of 70mph. Overall I am very pleased with these tires. I also purchased two tire cover to put over the new tires, to preserve them from this Hot Atlanta, GA. sun.
