  Hi, it looks like you are using a hub centric wheel with a lug-centric hub. A hub centric wheel relies on the portion of the hub that extends through the wheel's pilot hole to provide the support. In this instance, it's not super-crucial that the mounting pad of the wheel sits perfectly flat against the hub face. With a lug centric wheel, it's VERY important that the wheel sits perfectly flat.   I have never heard of a 6.00-12 tire but theoretically yes, you can use the same 12" rim for a 5.30-12 size tire like part # AM10066 as the last set of numbers refers to the wheel size that the tire fits. You do need to make sure that your tire is compatible with the width of the wheel as well (which you can find stamped on the inward-facing side of the wheel).
