Can Trailer Tire Size 20.5x8.0-10 be Upgraded to Taller Size

I have a 20.5 x 8.0 - 10 tire on my apache trailer I would like to get as tall a tire as possible what are my options? thanks

In the 10 inch wheel size the 20.5x8.0-10 that you have is the tallest size overall at 20.5 inch. If you wanted to bump up to a 21.9 inch overall diameter tire you could go to a 5.30-12 tire with something like the # AM30790 if you have a 4 bolt pattern or # AM30820 if you have a 5 bolt. This would be a narrower tire as well so there wouldn't be any risk of clearance issues with the trailer frame.
