I have a harbor freight trailer that I need to replace the axel/tires/spring/etc on. I am looking at the following items, but not sure if Im missing anything. 1 - 20545I-EZ-60-10 2 - DX93QR 2 - AM30820 2 - TRSS175 1 - APUBR-10 Someone said I should get new hangers, but Im not sure which ones go with the springs.

I can confirm that the parts listed below are all compatible. I do recommend replacing your spring hangers since you are upgrading everything else on your suspension. The Single-Axle Trailer Hanger Kit for 2" Slipper Springs - 3-3/4" Tall Front item # APS6SE will work great with your springs.
