Tired of the bounce and uneven tracking that come with worn suspension parts? This 3-Leaf Double-Eye Spring restores stability with a spring capacity of 2,000 lbs and an axle capacity of 4,000 lbs. At 25-1/4" from center eye to center eye and 1-3/4" wide, it flexes just enough to absorb road shock and keep your trailer level on rough or uneven surfaces.
The 3-leaf pack is made from sturdy steel that resists fatigue under heavy use. Each 3/8" thick leaf shares the load evenly, reducing stress that leads to sagging or early wear. Whether you’re on long highway runs or rolling over rough gravel, the steel construction holds steady and keeps your setup tracking straight.
The spring comes with pre-installed nylon bushings sized at 9/16" inner diameter, cutting down on friction between the bolt and spring eye. The result is smoother movement and fewer squeaks, so the suspension works quietly mile after mile.
Replacing your old leaf springs at home is straightforward. Each end of the spring mounts to a hanger on the trailer frame and shackle straps or an equalizer (sold separately). The 25-1/4" unloaded length makes alignment easy with standard 29-1/2" hanger spacing setups, so you can get back on the road quickly.
For proper axle alignment and ride quality, leaf springs should always be replaced in pairs. Matching new springs ensures even height and consistent suspension performance, preventing one side from carrying more load than the other.

Upon installation they looked good. After 2000 mile trip they are no better than the springs I took off of my 27bhb. I do not recommend them at all they are almost flat already. No idea what to put on the trailer next.
Although rated for a 4000 lbs axle, they will be going on a 3500 lbs axle. When going on uneven ground (like washouts), one axle will end up taking the full load on a tandem axle which causes overloading on a set of 3500lbs springs. With the extra capacity, this will help with these situations.
The springs were a perfect match up. Easy installation with the exception of my existing rusted bolts Prompt service, exact replacements would not hesitate to use etrailer for any parts for my three trailers
Did not receive entire order.Arrived late due to backorder of another part. Parts received with no issues.
While working on my trailer I determined the leaf springs needed to be replaced. Normally etrailer is my go to source for all things trailer, but in this case, being in the middle of the job and wanting to get the new springs as quickly as possible, I found some on Amazon that would be delivered the next morning. By the description they would be a perfect match. Unfortunately when they arrived it turned out the eye holes were a bit too big for the bronze bushings I use. I started thinking maybe I had the wrong bushings, but was unable to find any with a slightly larger OD and the same ID. At this point I knew it was time to call the experts. Ten minutes on the phone with etrailer and it was all figured out and the correct springs were on their way to me that same day. When they arrived they were, of course, a perfect fit. Should have saved myself the trouble and gone straight to the people who really know the products they sell. Lesson learned!

Excellent springs. Replaced worn springs and shackles. E-Trailer supplied every thing. I went from 3500 lb. springs to 4000 lb. springs. The replacement was easy and the trailer tows straight and I don't even know it's back there. Huge improvement.

I replaced my 4 year old 3000lb leaf springs with these 4000lb springs and they are running great! Old springs were completely flat, happy I upgraded to heavier springs

Replaced 1750 lbs springs work good but thinking I should have gotten 5000 lb 2000 lb are working ok
I used these to replace the 3500lb springs on our 7k converted cargo camper. The trailer weighs 6000lbs ready to travel but the springs were lacking lots to trailer bounce and roll. Sumo Springs were not an option because of clearances. These stiffer springs combined with cushioned equalizers made a huge difference in how the trailer tows. Much more controlled now.
The install was relatively straight forward, but it was a lot of work. Took longer than expected, but I cleaned up and painted a few parts in the process. The hardest part was jacking up the trailer and removing the old bolts from the hangers. I was a little hesitant to go from a 4 leaf spring to a 3 leaf spring, but etrailer was a great help in figuring it out. After thinking about it, I think the 3 leaf spring may actually be better because the individual springs are thicker, hence less likely to break.

It DOES seem counter-intuitive, but the number of leaves in a leaf spring doesnt have any bearing on its weight rating. As long as youre using the properly rated replacement spring, youll be good to go!

That's awesome, Brian. Glad there was a solution even it took a little more thought. Are you the one that did the conversion or did you get the camper already redone? I've seen a few pictures out there - it's like the trailer version of a barndominium!
