I pulled one from the warehouse to verify this and cannot get the lens off (without breaking it) to access the bulb/interior of the light.   It's probably the ground of the taillights on the left side of the trailer. Check to make sure the ground wire is making a solid connection or if the assemblies ground through the hardware make sure the hardware is connected to a clean metal surface. Sometimes using a jumper wire from the ground to the main ground wire of the trailer wiring can fix the issue.
