Question:
My car hauler has Signal Stat #9031 light with rubber grommet. Will 435800 work as a replacement or do you have something else to replace them.

I wasn't able to find much detailed information on the Signal Stat 9031 model light assembly that you mentioned other than that it has been discontinued.
In order to see if the Peterson Light Red Flush Mounted Turn Signal # 435800 will work well as a replacement, I simply recommend comparing its dimensions to your existing light. This light measures 4-1/4 inches in diameter and 2-1/4 inches deep. It does include a mounting grommet. If this matches the measurements you take on your Signal Stat light, this should work perfectly.
I have attached a short video demonstration on this light so you can get a closer look.
