Today were going to review part number T1543900CB042. This is the Titan 5 on 4-1/2 inch Hub and Drum Assembly for electric or hydraulic brakes. This Titan 10-inch Hub and Drum Assembly features the 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern. It does include the pressed in wheel studs and the bearing races, the outer and right here, the inner bearing race. All of our hub and drum assemblies that we sell will have the bearing races preinstalled. The inner and outer bearings, the grease seal and the grease cap and the wheel lug nuts will be sold separately.
If you go to the product page for this part number on the right hand side will list related products and it will list all those parts that will work on this. The inner bearing part number would be L68149. The outer bearing is L4649. The grease seal and the grease cap are sold separately. The wheel bolt size it uses is a 1/2-inch by 20 lug nuts.
This does come with a one year warranty. And just to give you a few measurements on this. It is a 10-inch by 2-1/4 inch so the 10-inch would be inside to inside is 10 inches. The 2-1/4 would be right there, the width. And I mentioned that this a 5-lug 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern and the best way to measure a bolt pattern when its an odd number of lugs like in this case five, is you would just measure from the center of one wheel stud to the center of the stud right next to it either way.
So when you do that if you measure across that will say 2-5/8 inches and then that will determine that this is a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern. And again, if you go to the product page for this part number at the bottom of the page, therell be a chart that will list whenever you measure that. It will tell you what the bolt pattern would be. And that should do it for our review on part number T1543900CB042.

This Hub and Bearing Assembly fit my Tracker Boat Trailer to a Tee! I was unable to get one here from the Sun Tracker Dealer. They didn't even have a listing for it.

I purchased a Hydraulic surge brake package, for my boat trailer, from etrailer and was please with their service and products. It all went together as they told me it would. Special thanks to Mary, who really knew how to put the items together when I first called last fall, and for her husband Mark who finished up this spring when I order the items.
It would of been nice to have a few more brake line clips and to have a 90 degree elbow coming out of the back of the master cylinder so you you could run the brake line down directly in back of the cylinder into the boat tongue instead of running the line, at an angle, into the tongue where you would be stepping on the line. Picture included. I found a 90 degree NPT at Home Depot, but would think that the engineers at Demco would have saw the benefit of doing the install that way. Also another straight fitting is included in the brake line pack and you end up not using that one, as there is a straight fitting already on the back of the master cylinder. I would use the service of the people at etrailer again.

Only issue I had was this hub needed a different sized seal than the hub I had. Originally bought a replacement for my seal, then noticed I needed a larger one that would still fit my axle. Worked with local parts store and we found one that would fit after measuring. Everything else was fine.
This was the third order I placed with eTrailer in quick succession as I rebuilt the surge-brake system on my boat trailer. Your videos were very helpful and your customer service was awesome.
