We do offer 3,500 lb axles that may work for your Sno Pro trailer. The axles we offer are not torsion axles but may serve your purpose well.
I recommend the Trailer Axle w/ Electric Brakes, part # e43SR. These 3,500 lb axles have the electric brake and hubs installed and also feature the EZ-Lube spindle which makes lubrication easy. The axles have a hub-face-to-hub-face measurement of 89 inches and spring-center-to-spring-center length of 74 inches. I have attached a product review video for this axle you can check out.
If you do not want brakes on the second axle, I recommend part # 35545I-EZ-89. This axle is the same as the other axle I mentioned but does not have brakes included. It has idler hubs. You can take a look at the enclosed product review video for this axle.
I also recommend the U-Bolt Mounting Kit, part # APUBR-1. This will work for mounting the axle to your leaf springs.
