  • Looking For New Bunk Brackets For 2003 Ranger 619 Trailer
Hey Jeff, I can certainly point you in the right direction. We have a few different option for bunk brackets, and we should have something that will work for you. I do not have a way to know exactly what style bracket is on your trailer currently, but one of the most common options are the CE Smith Bolster and Swivel Bracket Assemblies # CE10000G-4. These are 9" tall overall and they mount vertically on the frame using u-bolts. They can be used with virtually any size bunk board. If this...

  • Does etrailer Carry the Replacement Swivel Brackets for a Malone Trailer
Hey Jason, thanks for stopping by! I did check around to see what we have, and it looks like we don't have those replacement brackets. Based on those measurements, the closest we have is the CE Smith Swivel Bracket for Boat Trailers # CE10201G which measures 1 3/8" wide (-5/8") and has a 2" hole spacing on center. I wish there was something else we can do for you, so if you think of anything please let me know in the comments below!

  • What Type of Bolt Should be Used to Attach Bunk Boards to Swivel Brackets
All of the swivel brackets we carry use a 1/2 inch fastener (sold separately) to attach the bracket to the mounting surface. The holes to attach to the bunk board are 3/8 inch. You should use the appropriate sized wood screw or bolt to attach the bunk boards to the brackets. One inch long should work fine for you. The brackets are galvanized steel so to avoid mismatched metal corrosion the fasteners you choose will also need to be galvanized.

  • What Hardware is Required for Assembly of the CE Smith Swivel and Bolster Bracket
The CE Smith Bolster and Swivel Bracket, # CE10100G and # CE10201G, do not use bolts with partial thread to allow the swivel bracket to move. Once you have the swivel bracket at the angle you need, you simply tighten the bolt down to hold the swivel bracket in place. The swivel mounting hole on the swivel and bolster bracket will require a 1/2 inch bolt and the flange mounting holes that are used to secure the bunk board to the swivel bracket are 3/8 inch in diameter. You could simply...

  • L-Bracket with Mounting Holes that are 2 Inches Apart on Center to Mount Trailer Lights
The square holes on the 4 inch short leg on l-shaped brackets # PF775-BKT-2 are 7/8 inches apart on center. So between the first and third holes or the second and fourth holes the distance on center is 1-3/4 inches. A bracket that might work for you is # CE10201G. The holes on it are 2 inches apart on center. If you can tell me what trailer lights you have, there may be a bracket designed for them.
