With adjustable height and distance, these guides offer a secure fit for boats of varying sizes, making the process smooth and stress-free.

Universal Fit for Versatile Trailers: Customizable Mounts

Whether you have a channel, box-beam, or I-beam trailer frame, these guide-ons are made to adapt. They clamp securely to frames up to 3" wide x 4-1/4" tall and can be fine-tuned to best suit your boat and trailer. No need to purchase additional tools—everything you need for a seamless fit comes included. For larger frame sizes, optional kits are available to extend compatibility.

Built to Last: Galvanized Steel Construction

Say goodbye to corrosion and hello to durability with the hot-dipped galvanized steel construction. This sturdy build resists wear from the elements, promising years of reliable service. It’s all about maximizing lifespan, so your guides stay as resilient as your love for boating.

Scratch-Free Experience: Soft Black Rubber Rollers

Your boat deserves protection from harsh metal. The black rubber rollers with endcaps are gentle on your boat's surface, ensuring it stays scratch-free. They guide your pontoon effortlessly onto the trailer without damaging its exterior, letting you focus on the adventure ahead.

Ideal for All Conditions: High Clearance Setup

Worried about loading in challenging weather? This high-clearance setup ensures a secure approach, no matter what Mother Nature throws your way.

Perfect for Tri-Toon Adaptations: Adjustable Solutions

Tri-toon owners rejoice! These guides are just as effective for tri-toon pontoons, with simple adaptations for different boat sizes. Install them towards the center or rear of the trailer for optimal performance, ensuring your pontoon loads perfectly every time without a hitch.

  • Can CE Smith CE27672 Roller Guide-Ons Be Used on Scissor Lift Pontoon
I checked with CE Smith, and was told that their # CE27672 Roller Style Guide-Ons for Pontoon Boat Trailers can be used on a scissor lift trailer. You'd attach the roller guide-ons to the cross members of the moveable portion of the trailer so they sit inboard of the pontoons. I've linked to an install/demonstration video that you might find helpful.

  • Roller Style Guide-Ons Compatible with a Pontoon or Tritoon
You would not want to use the Ark Ezi-Guides Self-Aligning Boat Trailer Loading System # AR74FR for a pontoon or tritoon. This is because of the installation style and function. I have included a picture that demonstrates how these guides work, and you can see why they would not be compatible with a pontoon or tritoon. However, we do have a system that will work. - CE Smith Roller Style Guide-Ons for Pontoon Boat Trailers # CE27672

  • Can the CE Smith Guide-Ons for Pontoon Boat Trailers Be Installed In the Middle of the Trailer
The CE Smith Roller Style Guide-Ons for Pontoon Boat Trailers part # CE27672 can be installed at the rear of the trailer or towards the center. That said, the further back they are installed the better they will do to help guide the boat on. I have attached a photo of the above guide-ons installed both at the rear and center of the trailer for reference.

  • Options for a Roller Style Guide-On for a Pontoon Boat
Though we do not have an option that would have a perfect 90 degree angle, I may still have something that would work. The CE Smith # CE27610 is a little smaller and typically installed on the outside of a trailer frame, but can be used however needed. Where the # CE27672 you have installed are coming from the center of the trailer frame facing out, this would install towards the edge of the frame, for the lack of a better term, and point inwards. The problem is the U-Bolts that are holding...

  • How Many CE Smith Roller Style Guide-Ons for Pontoon Boat Trailers Are Needed
The great thing about boat trailers is that everybody tends to have a different setup and the amount of CE Smith Roller Style Guide-Ons for Pontoon Boat Trailers # CE27672 you need really boils down to what you plan on having on your trailer. If you don't already have upright wooden bunks on your trailer (see attached) and you're looking to use these solely then I'd say to get 2 sets. However, if you do have upright bunks then you probably just need 1 set to help you get the pontoon lined up.

  • Guide On Recommendation for Pontoon Boat Trailer
Post style guide ons like the part # CE27640 are designed to be visual aids and are not designed to be used as physical guides. For a pontoon application you would be better served with the CE Smith Roller Style Guide-Ons # CE27672 which can be used like you are wanting. I attached a picture that shows what they look like installed as well.

  • Recommended Pontoon Boat Guide-Ons for Pontoon Boat Trailer
The pontoon trailer guide-ons only come in a set of 2 as that is all that is needed, although you can add more if you believe that it is necessary. That all just depends on how confident you are about staying on the right track once you have started guiding your pontoon onto your boat trailer. You will want to position them on your boat trailer so that they span the open space on the underside of your pontoon boat (see attached picture). There are 2 different style of guides that you can...

  • How Many Pairs of CE27672 Guide-Ons for Pontoon Boat Trailer
One pair of guide-ons like the CE Smith # CE27672 should be sufficient as the V-shaped bunks should guide the pontoons in the rest of the way onto the trailer and keep everything properly aligned. If you click the provided link, you can see a video of my buddy Randy walking through a typical installation.

  • Can Roller Bunks Be Used On a Pontoon Boat Trailer?
Yes, you can use Roller Bunks # CE27700 with a pontoon boat trailer. These come in 4' long sections that you can attach directly on top of the bunk boards or you can use the V-Wing Bolster Bracket # CE26244G if you are concerned with raising the height of the boat on the trailer as you already mentioned the shallow ramp. I do recommend using Roller Style Guide-Ons # CE27672 to help position the pontoon on the rollers when loading your pontoon boat.

  • Guide-Ons for a Pontoon Boat and Trailer
We have a couple of great options for pontoon boat guide-ons. First, if you want to go with a roller-style we have # CE27672. The rubber rollers are designed so that they won't scratch the boat. If you like the bunk style we have # CE27671. The bunks on this set will have a bit more surface area than the rollers but eventually would will need to replace the carpet on the bunks. • Will CE Smith Guide-Ons # CE27672 Have to be Adjusted for Different Pontoon Boats
Pontoon boats do have different measurements so it isn't really a "one size fits all" kind of application. However, if you install the CE Smith Roller Style Guide-Ons # CE27672 to fits the narrowest inside of the boats then they would still serve as guide ons, just not as custom of a fit. It could be that all of the pontoon boats you are referencing happen to have identical distances on the inside as well and these could work out great. It is just a matter of taking some measurements and...
