Pre-Galvanized Steel
Pre-galvanized steel parts are stamped from a sheet of steel after it has already been galvanized. The edges of the pre-galvanized parts often lose their zinc coating during the stamping process. Because of the thinness of the coating (less than 1 mil) and the fact that the edges remain exposed, pre-galvanized parts can begin to oxidize and rust quickly, so it's recommended that they be primed and painted.

It's purpose was just what I needed. Makes retrieving our boat very easy now.
Issue:#1 Parts are rusting. We are in saltwater 99% of the time. I religiously wash the boat and trailer after each use.
Issue:#2 The u-bolts attaching the unit to the trailer are too short. I had to install them without washers.
Overall it has worked great. My Lowe Roughneck has ribs on the bottom. So the ribs have bracket the bunks to ride right on the trailer. This isn’t always easy on a fast flowing river ramp. The guys help center the boat.

Still working great!
Straightforward installation, seem to be sturdy, fit my Sea-Doo Switch.
Works great with carolina skiff 162jls. Relatively easy to put together. As stated the uprights are not pre-drilled but is not hard to do.
Works okay. The brackets are flimsy and bend easily.

These guide ons are still working out. My boat is a bit heavy so I added bunks as well. Boat centers perfectly every time.
Awesome people and awesome product. Really gave the option I was looking for to add a longer side bunk to my trailer try to help on windy or heavy current loading.
Received and installed my bunks today. Installation of the brackets to the trailer frame was a cinch. A few measurements to get

I was to install the boards. Problem!!! Went to bolt on the brackets and there are no holes to bolt to. Bummer. Now I have to make a run to my buddies shop who has a drill press. Not hard to do, but would have been nice to know before hand. Even the picture in the instructions has the holes drilled.
All in all, got it put together.
Looking forward to trying it out. Might be a few days as the expected high is under 30 for the next week or so.

A year later!! How time flies. I have no complaints about these guides. I recently helped a friend re- install a set of bunks form another manufacturer, was surely unimpressed. The bunks sold be e-trailer are much better quality. Thanks again for all the great products. Just made another purchase this morning. My go-to for parts these days.
This solved the problem of the boat not sitting correctly on the trailer when trying to reload. Very sturdy. Have had this installed for a over a year and works great.
It certainly helps guide that big heavy boat onto the trailer.

Just what I needed to help guide the big boat onto the trailer
Works great for lunching and loading
Customer service is beyond excellent. They really seem to go out of their way to make sure you’re getting the right parts the first time and are satisfied with the products you purchased.
“A company that cares”
Purchased a 5 foot set of loading bunks or my boat trailer (rather costly). Boat and trailer at our cabin some 250 miles from home. Hauled the unopened package up there 3 weeks later. OK ! We’re ready to start assembling the bunks, with minimal tools. Problem, no holes in the brackets. We went back and forth on the phone. Then 22 miles to town for a 3/8 drill bit. Bottom line , “”I love this Company “”. Not only did they help , stick with me , and guide me through it, they also compensated, more than expected. This is a USA ten star company.
WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

The bunks worked great. Boat went on the trailer nice.... fixed my issues 100 percent.
Parts fit my trailer as expected. Loaded my boat this weekend in a cross-wind with no issues.
I'll give it five stars only because they can't know how it will fit every trailer, but with that being said here's my pros and cons.
Pros
1. Pretty good build quality
2. Instructions are pretty straight forward
3. EVERYTHING is galvanized
4. The supplied carpet is more than enough to do both bunks.
Cons
1. The u-bolts aren't nearly long enough.
2. This will not fit a tandem axle trailer with the suggested 5' bunk board.
3. Only used the L brackets and bunk board brackets. Threw everything else away.
4. This kit will require a little bit of fabrication but it will work.
Overall if I needed another I would probably buy this again.
Good quality product. Good instructions. No missing parts. Easy to install. I have a 25 year old trailer that hauls a 1938 Chris Craft inboard runabout. Loading was a problem until I installed the rails to guide the boat onto the bunks.
The product worked fine after I had a piece made for the frame, the frame on boat trailer was a C channel and was narrow
Received product exactly as advertised and in a timely manner. Dimensions were as advertised and so there were no surprises.......everything went together perfectly and I am very satisfied
Installation and fit were great, instructions were okay, but I had to look online for marine carpet installation on the bunks.
I am very pleased with this product. Installation was not difficult. And it worked like a charm; reduced the effort required to re-trailer our boat, especially in windy conditions.
I bought these a year ago and wish I had gotten them sooner. They make loading the pontoon so much easier. No more pulling on and off to get lined up. Make sure to measure the trailer frame in case you have to order the larger U bolts.

Overall it’s working well. I added carpet covered bumpers to help center my boat. When loading on boat ramps in river current.
