Rough roads and heavy loads can cause sway and bottoming out. Each air spring has a closed-cell urethane jounce spring inside that engages progressively as weight increases. This helps absorb bumps, reduce sway, and keep cornering stable even when the load shifts. If air pressure ever drops, the internal jounce bumpers act as a backup to temporarily support the load until you can adjust or repair the system.
Different loads demand different support. These springs let you fine-tune pressure between 5 psi and 100 psi so you can level side-to-side or front-to-back as needed. The Air Lift Loadlifter is still working great. I recommend them to anyone who carries heavy loads or pulls a travel trailer, which is why I purchased them.

This product has been holding up in the Midwest climate. We have used it several times for hauling our camper. The bags are still in great shape.
