Will these fit on my 2019 Ram 1500 classic with a rough country 6” suspension lift.

The Air Lift 1000 Air Helper Springs # AL60818 are designed to fit the factory coil springs on a 2019 Ram 1500 Classic. If different coil springs were part of your suspension lift these will not fit. If they were not replaced then you will be able to use these on your Ram.

Depending on the size of your coil springs it may be possible to use a universal option like the # AL37TV. You would have to measure your coil springs and match them up to the correct kit according to the table from Air Lift. See below.

If none of these will fit, the only option would be to add air bags like the # AL88365. This would also require spacers like the # AL52460 or # AL52440 because of your lift. I have attached another diagram below showing what you would need to measure to select the correct spacers. The height of the air bag itself is 6" so that is what you will need to subtract from your measurement.
