Question:
I have a 2016 ram 1500 that has a 3inch front 2inch rear leveling kit installed. I had lex brodies install air lift kit 88365. They also installed a 2 inch air lift spacer. They said its needed because of my 2 inch suspension blocks. But even with bags flat my ride is extremely rough now. As if I have zero suspension travel now. Look at pic, does this look right? Bed has no load bags have no air. Whats the fully compressed and fully extended working range? What should the measurement be between the top and bottom brackets when truck is sitting on ground with no load?

Expert Reply:
The air bags used in the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Springs # AL88365 have a design height of 6". With the Air Lift Universal Air Spring Spacers # AL52420 compensating for your 2" lift you should have 8" between your brackets with no weight in the bed of your 2016 Ram 1500. Air Lift Does not give a min or maximum range for their bags.
