I recommend installing the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs # AL57365 on your 2016 Ram 1500 Big Horn. These are compatible with your pickup as long as it doesn't have the factory Air Suspension system.

This kit is also available with internal jounce bumpers to help protect your vehicle and the air springs themselves as part # AL88365.

If you plan on adjusting the air bags frequently then I also recommend installing an air compressor kit like the WirelessONE # AL25980 as well. An air compressor kit allows you to monitor and adjust your air bags on the fly instead of having to locate an air compressor and use a gauge to figure out your air bag pressure.
