Question:

Hello I have a 20foot enclosed trailer that I intend to move house furniture and garage tools across country. The trailer itself weighs 3000lbs. Would I be better off with the 5000lb air bag kit or the 1000HD kit?

I prefer the LoadLifter 5000 setups over the style that install in the coil of the vehicle like what fits your 2017 Ram 1500. So I would recommend the # AL88365. The LoadLifter style of bag can offer better support and since it wouldn't be rubbing against a coil and is made from a heavier duty rubber it will last you longer as well.

For a compressor kit then the heavy duty part # AL25854 will make inflating the bags and maintaining them very easy. The compressor will inflate faster than standard compressors and the gauge inside the vehicle will allow you to monitor and inflate them from inside the vehicle as well.
