Question:
I have a 2016 Ram 1500 that I’m in the process of installing a 3” lift from Rough Country, I’m also in the process of moving to California in a year and want to add a bit more support in the back so I won’t squat while pulling a trailer. Are there any airbags I can install on my truck with a lift on it. I already have one board air for both filling up tires and my air horns so I can plumb a valve to air up the bags instead of running lines to the license plate.

Yes, there are Robert. You've got quite a few options so long as you do not have a gooseneck or 5th wheel hitch rails installed. You already having an onboard air compressor system is definitely a nice perk.
The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs with Internal Jounce Bumpers item # AL88365 are going to be the best option for your 2016 Ram 1500. These air bags have a 5,000 lbs capacity that will level out the rear end of your Ram when you are towing your trailer. All mounting brackets and hardware are included for installation.
What spacer you need, if any, is going to depend on the size and style lift you end up adding to the rear end of your truck. I've got a 3" Rough Country lift on my Silverado but it's just a 2" spacer block in the rear. Suspension wise it doesn't change anything.
The Air Lift item # AL88365 is going to work just fine with a 1" suspension lift in the rear. If you go up more than that you'll need the 2" Lift item # AL52420.
Do you have a in bed hitch and how big is the lift going to be in the rear end?
You can add this information and any other questions you have where it says Reply to Jerred H and I'll be happy to answer them.

Hey Robert, how did things go with the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 setup on your Ram 1500 after adding the Rough Country lift? It’d be great to hear if the rear stayed level when towing your trailer. Your update could make it easier for others working on a similar lifted truck.
