With adjustable air pressure from 5 psi to 100 psi, you can dial in the firmness for the weight you’re hauling so the truck stays steady and responsive under load.
Bumps, dips, and uneven pavement can make towing or hauling a rough ride. Each air spring contains a closed-cell urethane jounce spring that kicks in when air pressure is low. The jounce absorbs road shock, limits bottoming out, and smooths out the ride when you hit potholes or rough terrain. Because it engages progressively—the more weight you carry, the stiffer it becomes—it helps control sway and body roll so cornering feels more stable.
If air pressure ever drops to zero, you’re not stranded on the bump stops. The internal jounce in each LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate spring acts as a backup load support so you can temporarily carry a load until you restore proper pressure. It’s an extra layer of protection that keeps your suspension out of trouble and helps avoid damage when running low on air.
These springs are built tough for constant towing and hauling duty. The 2-ply, fabric-reinforced rubber bags are paired with corrosion-proof Zytel nylon endcaps that are lighter and stronger than steel. Air Lift’s exclusive upper and lower roll plates protect the airbags from moving parts and road debris while extending their life. The urethane jounce springs need no maintenance and hold up in hot or cold conditions so your setup stays solid season after season.
Everything needed for a clean install comes in the box—mounting brackets, hardware, manual inflation valves, and air lines. Just mount the springs, run the lines, and inflate through the valves typically placed on the bumper for quick access. The system is also compatible with optional compressor kits that let you monitor and adjust pressure from inside the cab if you choose to upgrade later.
