It prevents flex on the frame channel while under load. Good install instructions with pictures.
Looking up the application for my vehicle was simply, straight forward and parts were delivered promptly. I will continue to use etrailer for future purchases
Did a great job.With gooseneck & bumper pull trailer.
The product was exactly as advertised but without a lift it was impossible to align the bolt holes so I do not suggest tackling the job without a lift. It has functioned perfectly to this point
Great kit! Easy and quick installation. We have had them on three RV pickups.....definitely smooth out the trip. The TX Winter Storm created a two week delay in delivery, it sat for two weeks in a warm UPS warehouse .

I watched the installation video which was very good. The instructions that came with the product were also great. My 2019 Ram 2500 has very large tires and thank god my Son was here to help me. He did the heavy lifting. Installation went very smooth. The only problem was one of the nipples that screw into the bag leaked. I tried tightening it but that did not work. I ended up removing it and putting some yellow gas tape on it and reinstalled. It did not leak after that. I also installed a cigarette lighter in the bed of the truck and the inflation nipples nearby. I may install an inflation kit in the future but this manual method works for pulling my 5th wheel every month or so.

Got My Order right away, everything was intact, no damage. I had watched some install videos online which helped with the instructions. Had to make minor alterations, one was the cut out for the axle vent tube which was mentioned in the instructions, the other was to cut off the corner of the top mount to give clearance to the exhaust shown by the red arrow in photo. I'm sure not every exhaust is exactly in this position, but mine was, not a big deal. This install was on a 2009 Dodge Ram 2500 4WD.

I purchased the Air Lift system for my 2020 450, not because it needed support to carry the load, but to get extra clearance for my 38' deck over that has storage boxes mounted under the frame and will drag if I go over un-even ground, off road. The bags were easy to install, I did in the driveway and it took about 3 hours or so. The only hard part was getting to one of the support bolts on the upper brackets. Just very tight and could have used an extra hand (smaller hand). I have been running empty so I keep the bags at about 6-7psi, when we took out the large trailer I had it at 70psi. I was not going to install a compressor or tank, but after the first run, I can see the advantage and honestly my last dully was set-up with one. The ability to adjust on the go, to dial in the ride you want is the way to go, so I did get a compressor and small air tank we will install over winter. I also like to have a small tank in-line with the bags, so thay have an expansion chamber and tame the ride. Generally I remove the overload spring when I install a system like this, I did not remove the overloads on this truck, and I'll have to see if I do or not. Generally they make the ride much nicer and it is not so hard to dial in the smooth air ride. Quality wise, the kit was great, all hardware present and very heavy built, feel like it is in-line with the 450 load capability.

Received my order quickly, easy to install. Against my better judgment, I originally ordered the Air lift Loadlifter 7500XL from a competitor online that appeared to have a lower price. Well I learned the hard way, I paid for 2 day shipping, after placing my order with the other company and they took my money, my delivery date was now 4-5 days. I called an was on hold for over an hour, I asked about my 2 day delivery and they said “that was after they were pulled out of the warehouse and that could be 2 days alone” I asked if I canceled the expedited shipping, when could I expect them? I was told 4-6 weeks! What in the wide wide world of sports is going on here!??? I canceled the order, call etrailer and my call was answered within 60 seconds, I placed my order and since the shipping was free, it actually cost less than the competitor, and they arrived in 3 days. Don’t waste your time with others, etrailer is the best!

I have had the airlift 7500 XL bags for a year now. I tow a 20,000 lb 5th wheel toy hauler. The airbags have given me no problem since installation. The compressor had to be replaced after several months but the warranty was great and swapped it out free of charge. No issues thus far on the new compressor. Very helpful when hauling and everyone should have one for safety concerns on the road. Too many people tow with the nose up and it's not safe

Installed on my ‘19 Sierra 2500 4x4 diesel. Installed professionally February ‘19. Vehicle came factory with 5th wheel hardware, but with a little work, they attached just fine. Used in conjunction with my OBA system these bags both improved the ride quality of the truck empty, as well as loaded and towing. I tow a 24’ travel trailer full time. These bags improve the ride dramatically, especially depending on the road surface I’m on. Absolutely problem free. No air leaks. No bag failures. Very satisfied in over 30k miles.

2018 Dodge Ram 3500 dually 4 wheel drive with 6.7 Cummins. My Fifth Wheel tongue weight was around 4500 pounds. It would make my headlights at night blind people on road. And my steering wasn’t that great! After installing these Air Bags my lights and steering are so much better. Installing these air bags I did it myself on ground. No jacks truck on level ground. I put together everything. Then went under truck on my back. Mounted the top mount. Then I took strap and smash the air bag down to fit. After in place I took strap off. And bolted it all up. Took me 30 min. Per side. Very easy to install. Just basic hand tools needed. I buy a lot of stuff from etrailer they have the finest stuff at excellent prices. They have my business for life!

Easy install if you know how to use tools. You will need tall jack stands to do it right. The most frustrating part was running the air lines because I had to drop the spare tire. All in all it was a fun job
